Fish and Wildlife Biologist
Research
My research focuses on understanding how habitat quality and availability, disease, pollutants, harmful algal blooms, and other ecological stressors affect freshwater ecosystems and the species that depend on them, particularly freshwater mussels and hellbenders. I currently serve as a Fish and Wildlife Biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, where I develop and implement conservation plans for at-risk aquatic species.
